Pick one sea animal, draw it big in the box, and write four or five sentences about it. Say what it looks like, where it lives, what it eats, and one special thing it can do.
What a good answer must have:
- The name of the animal.
- Its size and colour, and a body part you would notice first.
- Where in the sea it lives — near the shore, on a reef, deep down.
- What it eats.
- One special thing about it.

Sample answer: My favourite sea animal is the clownfish. It is small — about as long as my finger — and bright orange with three white bands across its body. It lives in warm, shallow water near coral reefs. It makes its home among the waving arms of a sea anemone. The anemone stings other fish, but the clownfish has a coating on its skin that keeps it safe. So the anemone is its guard, and in return the clownfish keeps the anemone clean and chases away fish that would nibble it. It eats tiny bits of food floating in the water. I like it because two very different animals help each other to stay alive.
