Between these she also writes from the Sundarbans in West Bengal (a boat ride on the river, mangroves growing in seawater, crocodiles and a lonely snake) and from Goa (plateaus, hills, beaches and railway tunnels seen from the train window), and crosses the Pamban bridge with the ocean on both sides.
Tip: When a table gives you the description and asks for the place, look for the one unrepeatable detail. 'Tree house' and 'thick forest' can only be the Arunachal postcard; 'no diving suits my size' can only be Olaikaadu.
