What happens when you join hands with your team?

When we join hands with our team, our goal comes near. The poem says, “With each hand joined, the goal is near, / Team spirit fills the air with cheer.”
Three things happen:
- We become strong and tall, so we do not fall.
- The work gets done faster, because many hands share it.
- Everyone feels happy. The poem calls this cheer.
Why it happens: One pair of hands can do only one job at a time. When ten pairs of hands work together, ten jobs move at once. So the goal comes near much sooner.
