₹38 → about ₹40 ₹16 → about ₹20 ₹40 + ₹20 = about ₹60
Why it happens: 38 is near 40 and 16 is near 20, and both of those are easy tens to add.
Tip: An estimate is not the exact answer. It only tells us roughly what to expect, so a silly mistake is easy to spot.
