  3. The sentence ends with a full stop.
The rule for capitals: We use a capital letter for the first word of a sentence and for the name of a person (Ravi, Ananya), a place (Firozabad), a festival (Diwali), a day (Monday) or a month (October).

Why punctuation matters: Punctuation is how writing shows the way we speak. A full stop is where the voice drops and stops. A comma is a short pause. A question mark makes the voice go up at the end. Take them away and the reader has to guess.
The answer to this question too: Yes. “The bangles, with their new designs and exciting colours, were loved by the customers.”
