Use the three cues in order — first what you share, then how you differ in what you do, then how you differ in nature. Speak in full sentences and look at the class, not at your paper.

Sample answer: My friend and I like to play. Both of us want to join the school kho-kho team. I like to draw pictures but my friend likes to sing film songs. We are different as she is quiet and patient and I am talkative and quick-tempered. Still, we sit on the same bench and share everything — just like Gajaraj and Buntee, who were completely different and yet the best of friends.
Useful joining words: both, and, also for the things you share; but, while, whereas for the differences.
