This question asks for your own opinion, so there is no single right answer. But a good answer must do two things: say yes or no clearly in the first line, and then give reasons. One reason is not enough — give three or four.
What a good answer needs:
- A clear first sentence — “Yes, I enjoy playing outdoors” or “No, I prefer indoor games”.
- Reasons about your body — running, fresh air, strong legs.
- Reasons about your friends — playing together, taking turns, sharing.
- Reasons about how you feel — free, happy, fresh.
- An honest problem, if you have one — heat, dust, no open ground near your home.
Sample answer: Yes, I enjoy playing outdoors very much. In the evening I go with my friends to the ground behind our school. We play kho-kho and cricket there. Running in the open air makes me feel strong and fresh. My mother says I sleep well and eat well on the days I play outside. I also like it because outdoor games are played in a group, so I learn to wait for my turn and to help my team. Best of all, when I am outside I am not sitting in one place staring at a screen. The only thing I do not like is playing in the hot afternoon sun, so we always play after four o’clock.
