Follow the four cues printed for each situation, in order. Greet first, then ask, then plan, then say how you feel.
Ajay: Good evening, Dhiraj! Have you finished your homework?
Dhiraj: Good evening! Yes, I finished it just now.
Ajay: Would you like to come to the park with me?
Dhiraj: I would love to. What shall we do there?
Ajay: Let us walk once around the pond and listen to the birds. After that we can play on the swings.
Dhiraj: That sounds perfect. And on the way back, let us buy one ice-cream and share it.
Ajay: Done! I like spending my evenings with you.
Meera: Hello, Ritu! What have you brought in your tiffin today?
Ritu: Hello! I have brought idli with coconut chutney. And you?
Meera: Aloo paratha with curd. Shall we share?
Ritu: Yes, let's! Your chutney smells wonderful, Amma must have ground it fresh.
Meera: She did. Which other food do you like?
Ritu: Rajma-chawal, and anything with mango in it.
Meera: Thank you for sharing. Lunch break is the happiest half hour of my day because of this.
