So Rani is the seeker.
Jagat, Mini and Bholu run away and hide.
Game = Hide and Seek
Why it happens: In this game one child looks for the others while they hide, and that is exactly what the four scenes show.
Tip: In Hindi the same game is called लुका-छिपी.

Jagat is looking from the top.

In Scene 1 Jagat is lying on a branch of the tree.
In Scene 4 he is again sitting up on the tree.
He is above everybody else, so he looks down from the top.
Why it happens: A person who climbs up sees things from above. From up there you see the tops of heads, the top of the roof and the whole ground below.
Tip: Scene 1 itself is drawn as a top view. That is why you can see the whole roof of the hut in it.

Mini → standing behind the hut. The hut comes in the way. Not seen
Bholu → sitting behind the flower pot at the far corner. Not seen
Jagat → lying on a branch above her, hidden by leaves. Not seen
Why it happens: We see along a straight line. If a wall, a pot or thick leaves stand on that line, they block the view and the person behind them stays hidden.
Check it yourself: Stand in the classroom and ask a friend to hide behind the door. Look straight at the door. You cannot see your friend — the door is in the way.
