The unit has three texts. Change of Heart is a story about Prabhat, a boy who could not bear to lose, and Surya, a new student whose cheerful playing teaches Prabhat what sporting spirit really means. The Winner by Georgia Heard is a short free-verse poem about children who play ball in a neighbour’s field every evening until darkness stops them — and the poem gives the victory to Night. Yoga–A Way of Life explains what yoga is, where the word comes from, what Sage Patanjali wrote in the Yoga Sutras , the benefits of asanas and breathing, and why the WHO and the United Nations have taken yoga to the whole world.
